Controversial Social media activist Martins Vincent Otse popularly called VeryDarkMan (VDM), has launched an NGO focused on community development and public-school equipping.
Within 24 hours of announcing, he raised N33 million in donations.
VDM pledged transparency and accountability, sharing a screenshot of the total donations.
According to him, most contributors gave N500 or less, showing widespread support.
He also tagged Davido and Cubana Chief Priest to support the course, emphasizing that every contribution counts.
“Barely 24 hours since I announced my NGO, if I tell you how much is in that account now, you would not believe it. First of all, shout out to all the people who have sent money, shout out to the people sending money. God will bless you.
“I saw the massive love and support when I started seeing amounts like N72, N100, N22, N50, N500. To be very honest, most of the money that was contributed was from N500 naira down. It means most of these people no get, but they want to support me. The love is massive,” VeryDarkMan wrote.
While applauding massive contribution by his fans, he also call out NGO’s in Nigeria claiming many of the said NGO’s are not been transparent with the generous denotations they got. He vow to go after the NGO’s and expose their dirty secret.
