Famous Fuji musician, Alhaji Abass Akande popularly known as Obesere has been turbaned as the Aare Amuludun Adini worldwide by an Islamic Foundation group known as Isobatu Li Khaeri. The turbaning, which was held yesterday at Mythong Barrack, Yaba Lagos, was attended by notable musicians and gregarious socialites from far and wide. Obesere’s only wife, Alhaja Abeni Sekinat was also among the guests as she flew in from Dublin to be part of the ceremony.
