Chef Benedict, Elizabeth Solaru, Edd Kimber all to grace 2018#GTBankFoodDrink Fair

Chef Benedict is a custodian of Italian Cuisines and an alumnus of two prestigious institutions: le Cordon Bleu Firenze (Scuola d’arte Culinaria Italiana), and Carpigiani Gelato University, Bologna, Italy.
Having grown up in the ancient city of Florence in Italy, Chef Benedict’s career as a Chef began in 2013. Since then, he has built a reputation for his extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and ability to replicate and elevate classic Italian dishes using produce from local farmers.
On Monday (5:00pm – 6:00pm) April 30th, Chef Benedict will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair to treat attendees to a classic Italian culinary experience.

Baking aficionado and founder of Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium, Elizabeth Solaru will be at the GTBank Food and Drink Fair to facilitate a Masterclass on how to make great wedding cakes.
Elizabeth was recently named as one of the world’s “Masterful 100.”
Her creations have been featured in numerous international publications including Wedluxe, Strictly Weddings and The Telegraph, amongst several others.
Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium is regarded as one of the best wedding cake companies in the world. The company creates beautifully handcrafted cakes that are adorned with the most realistic edible jewelry, sugar flowers, lace, pearls and gems.
Elizabeth regularly features on BBC and Sky TV and is the only three-time winner of The Great Cake Bake, a show which features the best wedding cake makers in the UK.

Edd Kimber is a Chef, TV Presenter and the first winner of The Great British Bake Off, UK’s most popular baking competition.
Since winning The Great British Bake Off, Edd has gone on to become the resident chef on The Alan Titchmarsh show, after which he started his own show, Edd and John’s Christmas Bakes, and has appeared on a host of other programmes, such as Sunday Brunch, The Wright Stuff, Channel 5 News, BBC Breakfast, and Market Kitchen.
Edd also writes and styles for the BBC Good Food magazine and has had his recipes published in The Guardian, Delicious, Marie Claire, House Beautiful and amongst others. He is an author of two cook books and shares baking recipes from his blog “The Boy Who Bakes.”
